As a CMS Drupal is trailing behind in the ease of creating flexible content like Wordpress with Gutenberg or other online site builders like Wix. Layout builder in core is an attempt to bring this functionality but is not as usable as paragraphs for flexible content. We have implemented the experimental entity reference with layout module to bridge the layout builder with paragraphs for the Lampiris & Total website and want to share our experience and thoughts about this process.
