Basic marketing skills help a lot to understand what customers really want, especially when they ask vague questions.
It also helps to steer the project to a better sustainable setup.

In this talk i will briefly explain how (inbound) marketing works.

The goal is to help developers understand the basic principles, and define a roadmap to make a new/existing website into a conversion machine.

We will talk trough Customer Journeys, Omni Channel campaigns, Customer Segments, CLF, Personalisation, AB-testing, Machine learning, ...

After this session you'll understand what these Buzzwords mean, how you can use them, and have some strategies on how to implement this in your Drupal website.
